Hi, I’m Craig, and I’m here to offer a space where you can talk openly about whatever’s going on in your life. Life can be tough—whether it's dealing with loss, disappointment, aging, health issues, relationship struggles, or just the everyday stresses that can weigh us down. It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed, and that's where I come in.
I have a Master’s degree in Pluralistic Counselling from Abertay University and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I also years of experience working with a wide range of issues like anxiety, depression, mood disorders, anger, eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, and PTSD. But more importantly, I believe in working with you as a person, not just a list of symptoms or a diagnosis.
I can currently offer online and telephone counselling and have availability on some evenings and weekend mornings. My approach is flexible and tailored to meet your individual needs. I’m trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, so we can figure out by working together what works best for you.
Therapy isn’t just for when things are falling apart; it’s for anyone who wants to navigate life’s challenges a little more smoothly. We all have moments where we could use some extra support and my goal is to make sure you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
Pluralistic counselling is a humanistic form of therapy which integrates theories, methods and techniques from a range of other modes of counselling and other areas of health and wellbeing practices. It also emphasises the importance of the counsellor and client really working together in collaboration to identify and implement the most appropriate strategies for progress. Pluralism works form the basis that different things are likely to be helpful for different people at different times, it is not a one size fits all type of therapy.
